Marietta is where most of our work is. A lot of the housing stock here is brick and hardboard siding under heavy tree cover, which is exactly the combination that grows green and black organic film on the north side of a house. The same shade drops leaf litter and tannin on driveways and pushes black algae streaks down north-facing roof slopes.
