Low-pressure soft washing that lifts the green off siding without forcing water behind it.
The green and black streaks running down the north side of a house are living organisms — algae, mildew and lichen feeding on moisture. Blasting them with a pressure washer strips the surface, drives water behind the siding and leaves streak marks in the vinyl. It also does not kill what is growing, so it comes back faster every year.
We soft wash instead: a cleaning solution does the work, dwells long enough to kill the growth at the root, then gets rinsed off at a pressure gentler than most garden hoses. Vinyl, brick, stucco, hardie board, painted wood and cedar all get the same careful treatment, and the result lasts noticeably longer than a pressure-blast because the organism is dead rather than knocked loose.
Every wash covers the full exterior: siding, soffits, fascia, gutter faces, downspouts, shutters, and the window exteriors that get overspray. Plants get pre-wetted and rinsed after. Nothing gets left for you to clean up.
★★★★★ Rated 5.0 on Google →No. Beds and shrubs get soaked with clean water before we start and rinsed again afterward, which dilutes anything that reaches them. This is standard on every job.
Most Marietta and East Cobb homes stay clean 12 to 18 months. Heavily shaded north-facing walls and homes under mature tree cover green up sooner — those benefit from a yearly wash.
Exteriors get rinsed as part of the wash. If you want a proper glass cleaning with spot-free water, mention it when you call and we will include it in the quote.
